ESME STREET
Tamborine Mountain
Set on a beautiful mountaintop in the Gold Coast hinterland, this French-inspired property spans five acres. As part of our acreage landscaping work, this has been our most significant project to date. We started the multi-staged project in 2021 with several meetings with clients to decide on the design theme and scope. To capture the French country feel, we shared magazines, Pinterest boards, and images, which helped us align our vision with the client's desires.
RICKERTT ROAD
Ransome
This 14-acre multigenerational housing project involves a complete transformation to accommodate multiple generations. It includes fully renovating an 1890s Queenslander with a garden room extension, a new pool, and formal gardens. Additionally, we relocated an old worker's cottage for the parents and built a guest house with formal gardens. Furthermore, a two-bedroom barn was converted, and several sheds were built for work and personal needs. We also moved a second Queenslander and fully renovated it. The latest addition is a custom barn house, which will later serve as a bar and pool house. The project also includes extensive formal gardens, landscaping, driveways, a fountain, carports, fencing, fire pits, and a dirt bike track, making it a vast and multifaceted undertaking.

This award-winning project in Gumdale exemplifies luxurious country living, redefined with elegance. Spanning multiple stages, it consistently reflects refined European charm. The grand front fencing welcomes visitors, leading to sprawling gardens and carefully crafted entertainment areas. Every detail enhances the natural beauty of the surroundings while offering luxurious comfort.
